EXCHANGES AND RETURNS POLICY
For hygiene and quality control reasons, order try-on in front of the courier is strictly not allowed. This is to ensure all items remain clean, undamaged, and unworn for every customer.
RETURNS ARE NOT ALLOWED — EXCHANGES ONLY
1. SIZE/PRODUCT EXCHANGES:
Exchanges or refunds can only be requested through the “Returns & Exchanges” section. Direct exchanges are not available. If you wish to change the size, submit a return request through that section, and once approved, you may reorder the desired size if it is available on the website.
2. MIXED ORDERS:
We do not ship orders containing two items of the same color if the intention is to try one and return the other.
3. TIMEFRAME:
Exchange or refund requests must be made within two days of receiving the order. The product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
4. NO TRY-ONS UPON DELIVERY:
For safety, hygiene, and to protect all customers’ orders from damage or being worn by others, trying on items in front of the courier is not permitted.
5. FULL PACKAGE RETURN:
Please either receive the entire package or return the entire package. Partial returns are not accepted.
